Unrelaible - never use if your transfer is time sensitive. I have used them in the past several time transfering 10 of thousands. What I noticed is that the transaction transaction is often held up for no good reason until the exchange rate moves in their favour. If the exchange rate moves in your favour during the delay, the ransaction will be held up until you decide to cancel by which time a minimum of 5 days would have passed. You will never get an explanation for what is going and never an apology for the delays /cancellations. As you can see, they dont even come on here to respond to disappointed customers' review.

The transfer gets stuck in processing, no one knows why. The support is useless and unprofessional. The only positive thing is the rates, which are a bit higher than other hawalas, but I don't think it's worth the inconvenience.

Scammers!!! I tried to send ~$400 overseas using their online platform last week. They sent me a e-transfer request and I sent them the money right away. 3 days goes by and the status still shows awaiting payment. When I contact online chat that's when the drama starts. Even after providing the money transfer confirmation from my bank, they claimed they haven't received my money! So I decide to try calling. This time I am told the money was released and it's held up on the recipient's end. The recipient then informed me that's not the fact. At this point I have no clue what is actually happening. So I try my luck with their WhatsApp support. Long story short, I Kept getting multiple misleading information every time I enquired. Finally I gave up and just asked them to cancel and refund. It took me an entire day and multiple attempts to have someone send me a confirmation email that the transfer has been cancelled. Interestingly that email claimed that they have refunded the money to my card and depending on my bank it might take up to 5 days. Wait, what card now? I have e-transferred the money. Again the rat and mouse chase with their customer service chat/calls start. Every single time I get a completely different information, but all of them claimed that my money has been refunded. But get this, when I asked for reference# they couldn't provide any. They would just stop responding! I contacted my bank multiple times to make sure there isn't any issues on my end. Finally after 2 more days of this circus, I receive an email reply admitting for the first time that they haven't actually refunded me and will be e-transferring me soon! Meaning 5 days after taking my money and failing to transfer to the recipient, they are still keeping my money hostage. I am still waiting for my refund. Please stay away from these frauds. They liars and thieves.
