RemitFinder Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RemitFinder services, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, AI tools, structured comparison databases, and any current or future features (collectively, "RemitFinder services").

RemitFinder services include comparison tools and informational content relating to international money transfers, exchange rates, remittance providers, eSIM plans, mobile data services, digital connectivity products, and related financial or telecommunications information.

By accessing or using RemitFinder services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

RemitFinder does not operate telecommunications networks and is not responsible for coverage limitations, device compatibility, activation failures, service interruptions, speed variations, roaming restrictions, or technical issues.

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Registered users may submit reviews.

Content Standards: Reviews must be truthful, lawful, and based on genuine personal experience. Defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, promotional, or misleading content is prohibited.

License Grant: By submitting content, you grant RemitFinder a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify for formatting, publish, distribute, and display such content.

Moderation: RemitFinder reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline publication of any user content.

RemitFinder services contain proprietary corridor architecture, exchange rate comparison data, structured provider rankings, eSIM comparison matrices, and SEO-optimized datasets.

You may not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, large language model harvesting tools, or similar technologies to extract, replicate, monitor, train on, or republish any portion of RemitFinder services without prior written consent.

Systematic reproduction or redistribution of structured comparison data, corridor-level data, pricing tables, or eSIM plan datasets is strictly prohibited.

You may not use RemitFinder services or any content contained therein for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or improving machine learning models, large language models, AI systems, or automated decision-making systems without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized AI training or dataset extraction constitutes material breach of these Terms.

RemitFinder's structured corridor pages, internal linking systems, schema markup, comparison matrices, and aggregated datasets constitute proprietary intellectual property.

You may not replicate, mirror, systematically link to, or reconstruct our structured corridor architecture or eSIM comparison framework for commercial use.

RemitFinder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RemitFinder services at any time without notice. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

RemitFinder may include links to third-party websites or services. Such links do not constitute endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

All trademarks, logos, proprietary corridor datasets, structured data models, website design, source code, and comparison content are owned by or licensed to RemitFinder.

Content may be accessed solely for personal, non-commercial use.

RemitFinder services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RemitFinder and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your personal use of RemitFinder services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemitFinder's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your personal use of RemitFinder services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you as an end user, if any, to RemitFinder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold RemitFinder harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of RemitFinder services or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RemitFinder services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in California.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Claims must be brought individually.

If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. In the event of conflict between these Terms and applicable consumer protection law, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using RemitFinder services, you consent to these Terms of Use.
