Your access to and use of RemitFinder services (RemitFinder services includes RemitFinder website, mobile application(s), any current or future API(s), or any other current or future content accessible via RemitFinder website, mobile application(s) and API(s)) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use RemitFinder services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using RemitFinder services you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using RemitFinder services.

Any RemitFinder services do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any remittance decision(s). RemitFinder services provide content and information to help you search and monitor remittance exchange rates. However, RemitFinder does not provide any advice about remitting money from one country to another. You should exercise caution and use your judgment, and should check latest remittance data and information to make your remittance decision(s). RemitFinder is not liable for any loss that you may incur as part of your remittance transactions.

RemitFinder will create an account for you when you sign up for the free alert without going through registration first as RemitFinder needs your email address to be able to send you free alerts. You can finish your registration later by creating a password for your account, after which, you can login with your new password. Account(s) you create with Remittance Service Provider(s) are not related to your RemitFinder account in any way, and are outside the purview of RemitFinder. Any problems, issues or questions related to your account(s) with Remittance Service Provider(s) should be addressed to the concerned Remittance Service Provider(s). RemitFinder is not liable for any problems or losses that you may incur as part of your account(s) and/or transaction(s) with Remittance Service Provider(s).

RemitFinder does not provide information about fees, service charges and/or any other charges that Remittance Service Providers charge a customer who uses their service(s) to transfer money from one country to another. As a result, the amount you realize in the target currency after the remittance transaction is complete may vary from provider to provider even if different providers have the same remittance exchange rate. You should carefully examine fees and charges that Remittance Service Providers charge before making your remittance decisions. Remittance Service Providers may provide deals and promotions on RemitFinder from time to time; RemitFinder is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of such deals and promotions. If the Remittance Service Providers are unable to provide you a deal or promotion, RemitFinder is not liable for the same.

RemitFinder may partner with banks, remittance service providers, money transfer operators and other such organizations and companies, and may realize a referral payment when RemitFinder users use services provided by such partners. You understand and agree that any such partnerships and/or referrals do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any remittance decision(s). RemitFinder neither represents any of its current or future partners, nor is represented by them. You are solely responsible for making your remittance decisions based on your own judgment. RemitFinder is not liable for any loss that you may incur as part of your remittance transactions.

RemitFinder users have the ability to write reviews for service providers and money transfer operators. Only registered and signed in users are allowed to write reviews. Should you decide to post reviews, the review must comply with the following guidelines - no profanity or foul language, relevant to provider and money transfer experience, and complying with general levels of polite and professional language. All submitted reviews will go through an approval process and are checked against our aforementioned review guidelines. Your review may be edited for grammar and punctuation, and will be posted within a few business days. Should we decide that your review fails to comply with our review guidelines, we may choose to not approve your review for publication. All decisions made by our team in this regard will be final. You may, however, submit new review(s), which will also go through our normal approval process.

- Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) its services or any part(s) thereof without notice and you confirm that RemitFinder shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

Any link to other websites or services is not an endorsement of such websites or services and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such websites or services.

- All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in RemitFinder services and content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website, mobile application(s) design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the mobile applications(s), APIs and any other content) are owned by or licensed to RemitFinder or otherwise used by RemitFinder as permitted by law.
- In accessing RemitFinder services you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
