Being long time customer but rectory had a bad experience with one transfer which took 5 days without any update from customer service

I sent money using xe 40 days ago to 2 persons and none of them received. It 's about 3 weeks now that xe say they are contacting their partners. They didn't give me back my money. I am not sure they are really able to provide services to Cameroon. I can't recommend it to anyone I am sorry. Generally serious company do their best to satisfy clients but I don't think it's important for xe.
