Users simply log on to PoaPay.com, register, enter their recipient's contact information, the amount they wish to send and send the money. Users can charge the amount to their credit or debit card or transfer directly from their bank account.

Remittances are processed instantly and the money disbursed to the recipient through direct deposit, home delivery or pick-up at one of PoaPay's branches, depending upon sender's preference. The recipient does not need to have a bank account or computer access.
